Hi Stephen > Rule 4.2 of the .com.au domain policy states that domain names are not > transferable. I was looking into the matter recently and according to INWW it is possible to tranfer the .com.au domain name to another party if they meet the eligability criteria. They even provide a form for such a process. http://www.inww.com/maintenance/comau/reapply/ I was assured that third parties would not have the opportunity to register the domain name concerned whilst transfer was underway.
