Surely you jest? You are confusing the term "applicant" with the term "domain". They are not the same thing. It is perfectly reasonable to charge different amounts of money for different products. Are you suggesting that not-for-profit domain names should be charged at the same rate as commercial domains? Or are you just trolling this list for a response?
