Your school analogy is a very interesting one, here in Victoria our previous
Liberal government applied strict business principals to the exact problem
of schools not performing and has closed many of them selling the land for
housing and putting the monies to better use.

It takes a lot of guts to make a decision especially a tough one and trying
to pander to everyone does not solve a problem.

It is time to make the tough decisions and stop trying to play politician.
