domain names (http://www.aunic.net/tdorg.html):



"Note that there are no service guarantees in org.au, and that long delays
(sometimes weeks or months) can happen in registering or delegating org.au
domain names. Before registering an org.au domain name, please ensure that
these service levels are acceptable to your organisation."
