If auDA are happy to provide the contract I have no objections. In other 
words, NetRegistry is happy to waive any confidentiality clauses.

auDA is competitive neutral. NetRegistry provides both the hosting and the 
equipment for AUNIC free of charge to auDA in return for the recognition 
you are upset about. This is a saving of perhaps $100k to auDA - costs that 
would have to be passed on to all .au domain name stakeholders one way or 
another otherwise.
