Thank you for this Ian, I guess that differing interpretations are possible, however it would seem than Robert Elz has made his concerns fairly obvious, and in so doing echoes many of the underlying concerns expressed on this list - that we are yet to see definitive goals and the reasoning for any proposed changes. A firm believer in the doctrines of change management where open communications is the undeniable agent of change, seemingly we do need to better communicate exactly what it is that's being done, by whom, for what reasons, and with what levels of stakeholder input.
