Philippine Gov't Intervenes In .ph Internet Dispute The debate involving the Philippines' ".ph" country code top-level domain (ccTLD) is now under the jurisdiction of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), by virtue of both the E-Commerce Law and the Consumer Act.
