Please reply off list to the following questions. These questions aply to
.NET.au 
Domain Names applied for ON or BEFORE DEC 1996

1) Have any of you had .NET.au Domain names removed by Connect.Com for
paying the reneal fee ?If so would you mind tell me when you registered the
Domain and what it is ?


2) Have any of you had .NET.au Domain names NOT removed by Connect.Com for
paying the renewal fee ? If so would you mind tell me when you registered
the Domain and what it is ?

3) Do any of you have copies of teh terms and coditions and policies in
exitance for anytime in 1996 ? If so could you Fax me a copy with the date
you obtained / printed those Terms and Conditions and the Name of the
Domain that it relates to.

4) Any legal experiences in relation to Points 1 and 2.

5) Anything else ?

The reasons why I ask is because I would like to gather more evidence with
regards to claims I am making to certain organisations.

ANY HELP would be much appreciated.
