Can any one enlighten me.  

For those of us who legitimately use the whois database for intergrating in
to our search facility for our domain registration business - how does one
know gain access to  this data.  I am more than happy to provide any
business acceptable user policy statement - can anyone in AUDA who knows
about access to whois- please respond.  The www.auda.org.au
<http://www.auda.org.au>  website does not have any information about his
matter.

		The daily archive files of the AUNIC database have been
removed from this ftp service pending a determination by the .au Domain
Administration. An acceptable use statement is needed so that the
information to be made available from this site is not used for specific
commercial purposes or unsolicited bulk email. The .au Domain Administration
site is located at, www.auda.org.au
