Following a meeting with the working group yesterday afternoon,
some of the deadlines for membership to AUDA have been slightly
extended.

Nominations for the board closed at midday today.  Hopefully
a list of the candidates will be online later today or
tomorrow.

Membership applications will be accepted until 5:20PM on
Monday afternoon.  The meeting officially starts at 5:30PM.

If you wish to apply to be a member, then send an email to
Sandra Davies (sldavey§fl.asn.au) before Sunday, or turn
up to the meeting on Monday with your application form.

Money must be paid before the meeting.  Mark Hughes will
be there to collect money before the meeting begins.

Finally, proxies may be presented at the start of the
meeting.  However, we'd encourage people to get their
proxies in before hand.
