How do you come to this conculusion?  Whois records show the 
address listed in the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) and
2 out of 3 of the nameservers are also located in the ACT.  A third
is located in Japan - but it is not unusual - in fact, its recommended -
to have a nameserver sitting on a completely seperate part of
the Internet.
