.com HAS TO DELEGATE according to the domain owner's whim
.com.au HAS TO DELEGATE according to the domain owner's whim

.au.com does not HAVE TO DELEGATE, but it would be bad for business
.aus.com does not HAVE TO DELEGATE, but it would be bad for business
.aust.com does NOT DELEGATE, which is good for business if the general public is not savvy
