Dear Steve and members of the list

NetRegistry has been made aware of the actions of this particular reseller.
Like you, we do not approve of his fax out and have already approached the
client and requested he refrain. 

He has assured us he will amend the threatening nature of this fax and will
be sending us a copy for our approval. Please contact us if you become
aware of further violation or concern from your clients and we will cancel
his reseller contract immediately.
