One of the domain policies that people need to address is the
movement of TLDs from one major region to another. As you can
see, PITCAIRN is in the G6 region. Maybe it should be in the G3
region. That would involve freeing up two "seats" in G6 and using
two in G3. This is the sort of global governance coordination that
may involve both regions. Of course, there is no reason that Pitcairn
needs to move. They might be happy to be part of the "neighbor net"
with the Cocos Islands. That should be their choice.
