Yes, sorry folks.  The intent was not a gambit or anything of that
sort.  Rather, the idea is that a company could act as a DNA within a
number of domains, some within the ADNA framework and some without.  The
code of practice would only apply to those within the ADNA framework. 
Obviously, even that notion needs refining.
