Melbourne IT informs me that the database is updated nightly at 11:00pm,
and thus the information for the patonpartners example is not yet
in the database.

Suggestion for future work on this database:

1. update it live
2. please mention in the licence query result the following items:
   - payment waiting or received?
   - registration pending or complete
   - delegation pending or complete
